I'm interested to see the paper that you have. If I take a look, I will
be able to compare it with the notes that I got from Jeff and see if it
is the same or not. A paper copy is fine for now, and I can always
search for an online version at a later date. (02)
I'm leaving for Hawaii in the morning and will be gone for a week, so no
hurry on finding the paper this weekend. If you can locate it, perhaps
we can meet at the CHM again, once I return, and I can get a photocopy
of it from you. (03)
