Phil, (01)
I'm like to follow up with Simon to obtain a written statement from BT,
but first I'll need some help from John and/or CHM Legal. (02)
In particular: (03)
* I think the statement below sounds pretty good, but I'd like some
legal advice from the CHM legal side that this is a strong enough
statement (since BT probably doesn't own any rights anyway) (04)
* Who should the statement be addressed to, what is the address info,
and such. (05)
* Is there any other additional legal paperwork we should try to get
from BT while we have the chance? I think it's going to be now or never,
so we should use this slim window of opportunity while we can. (06)
Please advise. (07)
Thanks, (08)
Jonathan (09)

Jonathan, (011)
I've checked with our legal people. (012)
If the Computer History Museum needs a written statement from BT then
they should ask in writing to: (013)
Mr Peter Ratcliffe
pp C5.A
BT Centre
81 Newgate Street
London EC1A 7AJ
UK (014)
We can say: (015)
So far as BT is concerned, BT has no issue with the Computer History
Museum using such NLS/Augment copyrights in a not-for-profit
capacity for the benefit of the general public. BT makes no
representation or warranty as to such use. (016)
