Hi everyone,    (01)

First, I wanted to mention that I have started to put some information
about the NLS/Augment Restoration project on the wiki. I've still got
lots more information to add, but at least it's a start. The url is
http://chm.cim3.net/wiki/    (02)

Second, we (Peter Yim, Phil Gust, and I) have created some additional
email distribution lists. Here is what they are for:    (03)

  * nls-restore -- this list. A reasonably low-traffic, high-level list
subscribed to by everyone on or interested in this project. Occasional
news or high-level updates. nls-restore@chm.cim3.net    (04)

  * nls-technical -- A list specifically for the technical track of the
project. Medium to high traffic. This will cover most communication
between people working on the technical track. You can sign up if you
are interested in lots of details, or are working on this track.
nls-technical@chm.cim3.net    (05)

  * nls-legal -- A list specifically for the legal track of the project.
Low to medium traffic, with occasional high levels. This will cover most
communication between people working on the legal track. You can sign up
if you are interested in lots of details, or are working on this track.
nls-legal@chm.cim3.net    (06)

  * nls-archive -- A list meant to provide a complete archive for
messages passed between people, regardless of the type of information it
covers. This list is closed and has no one in it (besides the archiver
program itself). This list is cc'd automatically whenever any other list
gets a message, and you should cc it yourself on any messages that you
are sending to individuals when you aren't sending to one of the above
lists. This allows spontaneous mini-groups to occur center around any
conversation at all, but still make sure things get archived. Very high
traffic. nls-archive@chm.cim3.net    (07)

If you want to be added to either nls-technical or nls-legal (or both),
please contact Phil. All information is archived at
http://chm.cim3.net/forum/ so you can still look through posts even if
you are not on the email lists.    (08)

If you have any other questions, please let Phil or me know.    (09)

Thanks,    (010)

Jonathan    (011)
