Thanks for catching these errors.  I'm embarrassed to say that I 
completely missed them while proofing the letter. I guess this is a 
good illustration of "collective intelligence"!   I've forwarded your 
corrections to John Toole and asked him to incorporate them in the 
final version.    (02)
