Thanks for getting back so quickly on this.  Simon's note (see below) 
seems to indicate that he's already consulted with BT legal and has 
presented us with the written statement they're willing to make.  If 
we'd like to see any changes in the wording SImon provided, we'll 
need to propose changes to Simon that he can run back through 
legal.  Assuming his proposed wording is OK with you and Sally, the 
only thing to sort out who should make contact with Peter Ratcliffe, 
the person Simon referred us to.  If you or Sally want to do it, 
that's fine with me.  My goal is to make sure someone has the ball 
and runs with it.    (02)

It's kind of ironic; I'm sitting in the Fenwick & West conference 
room at this very moment, waiting for a seminar to start.  Maybe I 
should see if Sally has some time to touch bases once this gets out 
around 11.30.    (03)
